Resources

Our community in the White Mountains has a plethora of wonderful ways to enhance your health during pregnancy, labor and postpartum.  One way is to seek the care of experienced health care professionals such as chiropractors, acupuncturists, herbalists, massage therapists, and naturopaths, to name a few.  These treatment modalities can help to improve your overall health, reduce stress and alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Conscious Choices is all about educated, informed choices.

Here is a list of recommended readings, DVD and documentaries; resources both locally and online for you to become informed and empowered.
